Seneca College Honours Bachelor of Commerce
This four-year degree program with honours will give students a well-rounded undergraduate education and a strong foundation in the principles of business management. This program will teach strategic management concepts in a range of business settings that include planning, organization, leadership and evaluation. Students will also learn how to apply these concepts to business areas such as finance, operations, human resources and marketing. Other topics include business ethics, sales, presentation skills, global supply chain management, taxation and applied research methodologies. Within the Bachelor of Commerce program, there are multiple specializations students can choose from that are NCMA accredited programs.
Bachelor of Commerce - International Business Management
This program focuses on the complexities of business operations in an international environment. In addition to the foundations of business management learned within the Bachelor of Commerce program, students will learn about business and supply chain processes that cross international boundaries. Business technology is integrated into this program to provide an introduction to enterprise resource planning concepts and techniques.
Bachelor of Commerce - Human Resources Management
This program focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to be a human resource professional. In this program, students will learn technical concepts including HRIMS/SAP, data mining and HR metrics. The program focuses on developing skills including the interpretation of laws and regulations, critical thinking, mathematical concepts, staffing techniques and information management.
Seneca College Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
The Advanced Diploma program is a three-year program that focuses on developing relevant, current and in-demand skills across a wide range of business functions. Students of this program will pick a specialization which will focus on teaching the technologies, knowledge and skills needed for a career within that specific business function. Seneca College Diploma Programs
Seneca College’s diploma programs are two-year programs that establish an understanding of the core concepts of business management, as well as the skills and tools necessary to succeed in today’s economy.
