Senior Manager Program

A Peerspectives group trailered to senior managers / executives / entrepreneurs focused on working on the business while working in the business. These trailblazers are charged with direct impact on their organization often with profit and loss responsibility. They encounter challenges and opportunities that impact their organization and their team for the longer term. Participants get:
  • A personalized plan focused on life aspirations and the 9 elements of success
  • A dedicated Executive Advisor to support your growth plan
  • A dedicated peer group with 12-15 carefully matched, high achieving Senior Managers per peer group
  • Peer group focusing on learning new management innovations and best practices, business problem solving and personal support
  • Professionally led session by an accomplished “trusted advisor” to CEOs, Business Owners and Executives
  • Participation in Peer group sessions convening 9 times / sessions per year; one 3-hour session or two 1.5 hour per session
  • Participation in an annual special one-day convention

Aspiring Manager Program

This Peerspectives group is designed to support mid level managers focused on working on the business while working in the business. As working in the business dominates this peer group’s work time, our focus is to help individuals deal with the more operational challenges and opportunities presented by senior executives, staff and even customers. Their work and results have an impact on the day-to-day planning, operations and results of their team and of themselves. Participants get:
  • A personalized plan focused on life aspirations and the 9 elements of success
  • A dedicated Executive Advisor to support your growth plan
  • A dedicated peer group with 12-15 carefully matched, high achieving Managers per peer group
  • Peer group focusing on learning new management innovations and best practices, business problem solving and personal support
  • Professionally led session by an accomplished “trusted advisor” to CEOs, Business Owners and Executives
  • Participation in Peer group sessions convening 9 times / sessions per year; one 3-hour session or two 1.5 hour per session

Professional or New Manager Program

This Peerspectives group is dedicated to help and guide up-and-comers in their organizations, or those who are new to their role, a supervisor or even a new manager.
These individuals are tasked with working towards fulfilling daily and weekly business results and dealing with people and customers on a daily basis. Our focus is to equip individuals with the competence, character, and confidence to rise up and take on more impactful roles within their current or future organizations. Their work and results have an impact on achieving professional, technical and / or tactical results. Participants get:
  • A personalized plan focused on life aspirations and the 9 elements of success
  • A dedicated Executive Advisor to support your growth plan
  • A dedicated peer group with up to 25 carefully matched, high achievers per peer group
  • Peer group focusing on learning new management innovations and best practices, business problem solving and personal support
  • Professionally led session by an accomplished “trusted advisor” to executives, senior managers and community leaders. These trusted advisors have deep business, management, and leadership skills
  • Participation in Peer group sessions convening 4 times / sessions per year; one 3-hour session or two 1.5 hour per quarter
  • Participation in an annual special half-day event
  • Pre-selected topic presentations, tools and materials from interactive sessions focused on peer group discussions and discoveries
  • A results-focused, high performance and high accountability peer learning and support experience using “shared experiences” and a judgement-free approach

Program Eligibility

Given the limited number of program peers groups, you may be immediately assigned to a group or assigned to a wait list until the next available opening occurs.

You must be resident in Canada, be 18 years of age or older, and are not currently enrolled in an academic program or a similar organization.

We have the sole and exclusive right to not accept applicants based on supply and demand, conflict of interest issues, or failure to sign Peerspectives Code of Conduct and NDA. We also have the sole and exclusive right to terminate a participant’s involvement should they not actively participate in all sessions or are disruptive to the peer group.

What You Can Expect

To start off on the right track, you will meet one-on-one (if suitable given social distancing preferences / requirements) with the Executive Advisor in charge of the peer group program to get to know you, answer any questions that you might have about the program, discover and define what success looks like to you, and document what your goals are for the Peerspectives program.

You will be assigned to a peer advisory group based on your role, responsibilities, and professional growth aspirations. All peer advisory groups are assembled so there are no competitors nor any perceived or real conflict of interest. Group size will vary between each peer group. You will be required to sign a Peerspectives Code of Conduct, sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), and fill out a Peerspectives Biography for other participants.

The Peerspectives program will introduce and expose you to the core expertise and wisdom of our leadership community and team. Take a few minutes and apply to the program.
