NCMA Professionally Accredited Programs at New Brunswick Community College
Through our Maritime Chapter, CIM | Chartered Managers Canada has partnered with the New Brunswick Community College to offer programs that align with our Chartered Management Program. At New Brunswick Community College, students can complete the Management stream of the Business Administration Diploma program. Completing this program will bring you closer to becoming eligible for our Certified in Management (C.I.M) professional designation.
New Brunswick Community College was established in 1973 with a mandate of providing post-secondary non-university education throughout the province of New Brunswick. Since being established, the NBCC has grown to provide over 120 programs to students at six anglophone and five anglophone campuses across the province. Over 90% of graduates of New Brunswick Community College find employment after graduation, and many opportunities to transition into university programs are available. Diploma in Business Administration - Management Focus
This two-year diploma program is specially designed to prepare students for a career in management. The program focuses on teaching students how to become successful business managers who are dynamic, versatile and strategic leaders who lead by example. The program teaches the fundamentals of business administration including economics, accounting, and marketing while also teaching concepts specific to management including project management, human resource management, entrepreneurship and business communications.
Students can take advantage of an accelerated study option to complete the program within 20 continuous months of full-time study instead of the two full-time academic years. Graduates of this program can choose to enter the workforce upon graduation, or use their diploma towards a bachelor’s degree program at any of these institutions:
