In Memoriam: Donald E. Morgan, C.I.M., P.Mgr., C.Mgr.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and colleague, Donald E. Morgan, C.I.M., P.Mgr., C.Mgr., of the CIM London Chapter, at age 95. He passed peacefully on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
Donald, “Don”, E. Morgan joined CIM in 1972 and obtained his Professional Manager (P.Mgr.) designation in 1986. He was elected to the National Board of Directors in 1992 and became Vice President in 1995 until 1997. Don Morgan also served for many years on his local London Chapter, more recently becoming an advisor to the local committee. His contributions to the leadership of the association were lengthy and significant, earning him a Life Membership with the Canadian Institute of Management for his professional excellence and leadership. He served as a mentor to many of his association colleagues and was always a popular attendee at in-person events and our national conferences.
The National Board, CIM London Chapter and staff are deeply saddened to say goodbye to a legacy member of our CIM family. We send our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and colleagues.
