Fire Safety at Home: Prevention and Preparedness
You're invited to join the Hamilton-Niagara Chapter on April 16, 2026 for an in-person event, "Fire Safety at Home: Prevention and Preparedness". This in-person seminar will cover the essentials of home fire safety, including Common Home Fire Safety Hazards and Corrective / Preventative Measures. Learn how fires start, practical steps you can take to prevent them, and what to do in the event of an emergency. The session will also focus on cooking and heating safety - the two leading causes of residential fires - and provide simple strategies to help keep your home and family safe. The speakers will be Fire Inspectors from the Fire Prevention Division of the Hamilton Fire Department. Spaces are limited - book your spot today!
