The presentation will tell the story of a guy (the loudmouth) who stumbled into radio broadcasting and charitable fundraising, both entirely by accident!

About the Speaker:
Mike Farwell is an enthusiastic volunteer, having served on several boards and committees, including the Kitchener Public Library, Women’s Crisis Services, and REEP Green Solutions. Mike also co-chaired the volunteer team that helped shape the city of Kitchener’s first-ever Neighborhood Strategy. In 2014, he began the Farwell4Hire fundraising campaign, which has raised more than $1-million for research to find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Mike lives in Kitchener with his wife, stepdaughter, and two energetic dogs.
