PROMOTING WORKPLACE DIVERSITY
During recent years, the composition of the workplace has been changing resulting in an increased need to educate employees and harmonize various differences by managing and promoting diversity in the workplace. In promoting diversity, the underlying philosophy refers to respecting individual differences and making sure that those differences do not create barriers to service delivery and professional growth. This presentation will touch upon concepts and practical ways of promoting diversity and creating a respectful workplace.
