Organizational Behaviour

The study of organizational behaviour combines planning with the maximum utilization of human resources through the development of people. In this course, the student will explore and examine the interrelationships of individual personality and work, the characteristics of organizations and current organizational theory. Included are consideration of each of the following:

On completion of this course, students will recognize many equally valid theories, techniques, and methods of making a diagnosis when the goal is organizational improvement.
