Call For Nominations (Now CLOSED)
We are issuing this call for nominations in accordance with the CIM Board Nominations Procedures Bulletin (the “Procedure”) prior to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the members pursuant to Section 132(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act to elect one (1) director for the following term length:
- 1 director (for a term expiring not later than the close of the third annual meeting of members following the Annual General Meeting)
Individuals who are interested in serving as director on the CIM Board are invited to submit a complete and up-to-date résumé/CV, the enclosed nomination form and skills matrix, and a one-page candidate profile to Jennifer Tracy, C.I.M., Manager of Communications and Administration, at membership@cim.ca by 2:00 PM ET on October 8, 2020, being thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting of members to be held at 2:00 PM ET on November 7, 2020.
