The Annual General Meeting of the Chapter members is held each year for the conduct of the following business:
- Receive an update report from the Current Chapter Committee Members
- Call to join the Chapter Committee for 2018-2019.

6:05pm. Chapter Report from current Chapter Committee
Elections for the 2018/2019 Chapter Committee
6:30pm. Social Dinner
Every 2017/2018 paid member attending will receive a $20.00 towards their meal.
