Certificate in Supervisory Management (CSM) Program
A four course certificate designed for individuals who have not yet formally studied supervision.
The CSM certificate is not a designation but is an educational requirement as a half way
point towards the Certified in Management (C.I.M.).

Mandatory Courses
Introduction to Management, Managerial Communications, Canadian Business Law
Optional Course
One of the following courses is required to complete this certificate program: Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Managerial Marketing, Economics or Project Management.
Professional Association Partnership
Licensed Professional Engineers and Certified Technicians and Technologists only require Introduction to Management to qualify for the Certificate in Supervisory Management. Click here for additional information
