Professional Certificate in Management for CIM Members - Application for Course Substitution

As a result of a recent collaboration between Continuing Studies at Western and The Canadian Instituteof Management, CIM graduates who are current CIM members may apply to have their courses evaluated for equivalency by following the process outlined below.

A maximum of 8 courses completed somewhere other than Continuing Studies at Western may be accepted towards advanced or optional course requirements for the Professional Certificate in Management.

Please follow these steps:

Print and complete the attached application page.
Provide a copy of your CIM transcript.
Provide a photocopy of your current CIM Membership Card.
Include a $100.00 course evaluation fee (non-refundable).

Decisions from Continuing Studies will be communicated to the student via email within 2 weeks of submitting the complete substitution form package. In addition, students will be notified what courses they must take in order to obtain the Professional Certificate in Management. Completed forms can be faxed (519 661 3799), mailedor delivered to Continuing Studies in person.
